Rise of The Guardians

Hey people of the internet! Today I want to talk about a film I'm crazy obsessed over- Rise of The Guardians. It is SO INCREDIBLE! I LOVE it! SPOILER ALERT.

It's a fantasy adventure film based around the four guardians of the world: Santa Claus (Guardian of Wonder), The Easter Bunny (Guardian of Hope), the Tooth Fairy (Guardian of Memories), Sandman (Guardian of Dreams) and Jack Frost (who later becomes the Guardian of Fun). They've all been chosen by Man in Moon (the moon sends them messages). The movie starts with Jack describing how he was risen from the bottom of a frozen lake by Man in Moon and became a spirit of winter. He also says that he doesn't remember anything before that, doesn't know if he was anyone else before he was chosen. Nobody can see him or hear him because nobody believes that he exists, unlike the rest of the guardians, who can be seen and heard. The story then continues 300 years later. The Boogie Man (also known as Pitch Black, the inflicter of Fear), comes out of the shadows and attacks the Guardians' reigns, one by one. By blocking their use of their headquarters, the guardians won't be able to keep up their jobs, no presents at Christmas, no eggs in Easter, no money under your pillow and only nightmares consume the night. Because of that, the children will stop believing in them, and if the children don't believe, the Guardians lose what they are protecting in the  children, and slowly they fade away. They were close to beating Pitch Black, but Jack Frost (who agreed to help them, even though he doesn't wish to be a guardian and doesn't like the Easter Bunny, and also happens to be the only match for Pitch's power), got distracted. He stumbled across the Boogie Man's lair, and found where he was keeping the Tooth Fairy's helpers (he captured them, and therefore destroyed the Tooth Fairy's power), and also all of the teeth they'd ever collected. Jack found the case in which his own teeth were kept, before he was
risen from the lake. He couldn't help himself and took it, but he took too long and in the meantime, Pitch had attacked the Guardians, destroyed Easter and lessened the Guardian'  power to almost nothing. Most of the children stopped believing.
The Guardians' isolated Jack, they said that he'd betrayed them. Jack was then attacked by Pitch Black, but managed to escape with his life, with the help of the only free Mini Fairy, who encourages him to open the case in which his teeth are. By doing so, Jack remembers his old life, 300 years before. He had had a family, a sister, whom he had saved from drowning in the icy lake. He then went looking for the one child who still believed, the very last one, Jamie. He sends Jamie signs to make sure that he doesn't stop believing, he makes it snow in Jamie's room, and Jamie realises that it's Jack Frost. Jamie can see Jack Frost, and his powers (already strong) grow stronger, and the four guardians show up at Jamie's door. Pitch Black starts attacking the Guardians with his Nightmares, bit with some help from Jamie and his friends (who were convinced into believing again), Pitch Black was defeated. Jack Frost found his centre and accepted his role as a Guardian.

Reading over all of this, I notice that I've left out huuuuge chunks of the story. So much more happened! Some of which simply can't be described into words! You guys have GOT to watch this film! Feel free to comment with your thoughts or opinions or send us an email at indigoandart@gmail.com
